14 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 large egg
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
3/4 tsp. vanilla

CRUST
1/3 lb. graham crackers crushed
3 Tbsp. butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place rimmed baking sheet in oven and pour in enough water to be about 1/2 inch deep. Wrap spring form pan with foil to prevent water getting in.
Melt butter for crust and add to crushed graham crackers. Pour into bottom of the spring form pan and press down firmly. Set aside. Mix cornstarch, sugar. Add cream cheese and egg. Mix well. Add heavy whipping cream then vanilla. Pour into prepared spring form pan. Place spring form in water in baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn oven off. Leave door closed and let set for an additional 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool.
