4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
˝ batch my favorite pesto
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 pint grape tomatoes
˝ red onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Brown chicken breasts over medium
heat.
Arrange  chicken  breasts  into  a  glass  baking  dish  and  cover  with
pesto.
Top with tomatoes and onions.
Drizzle  with  olive  oil  and  bake  for  40  minutes,  or  until  meat
thermometer reads 165 degrees
