3 1/2 cup flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp.salt
1 tsp.cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts, (optional)
1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a large bowl combine the pumpkin, oil, water,eggs,and nuts, and raisins.
Add dry ingredients a little at a time, until all is blended well. Pour batter
Into 2 greased and floured loaf pans Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until toothpick
Comes out clean...... Makes 2 loaves.
