3-4 lb. beef short ribs
3 Tbsp. oil
1 sliced onion
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ribs in oil. Remove ribs and saute onion until tender. Place drained ribs and onion in casserole dish. Combine other ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. This can be served with noodles.
