1 Lrg. can Salmon

3 egg whites

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (fresh if possible) can split and do 1 tablespoon of each of lime and lemon fresh.

2 tsp. fresh puree garlic...can use powder

2 tsp. tabasco or favorite hot sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 green onions diced

1/2 red pepper diced

1 tsp ground horseradish

1 tsp grey poupon mustard..it does make a difference..

1 tsp each basil and oregano

3/4 panko breading or bread crumbs non seasoned.

in mixing bowl mix all ingredient's dry, onion. bell pepper and salmon ingredient's until well blended together.

DO NOT MIX yet the egg whites, lemon juice, tabasco Worcestershire.

After well blended add the remaining ingredient's and blend well.

Form into patties desired size..I do 2 tablespoons size.

Over medium heat put cooking oil enough to sauté and cook on each side for 5 minutes or until heated all the way through.

can put in oven on sprayed cookie sheet at 375 and spay well the patties for about 10-15 minutes..will have to watch.


Sauce:

Canned or sweet red roasted red peppers. Slightly puree but still some pieces.

1 can drain juice of fire roasted tomatoes

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

over medium heat...heat until all blended and heated through.
