1/2 lb. salted butter, softened.
1 cup sugar, sifted
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Cream of tarter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cream together butter, and sifted sugars. Add oil and eggs . Stir together.
2) Sift dry ingredients, (flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tarter).together.
Add oil and eggs, mix till light and fluffy.
3) Add Vanilla. Mix butter mixture Into flour mixture.
4) Drop dough by teaspoonful onto un greased cookie sheet. Flatten with palm,
Add sprinkles on cookies.
5) Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
****May be rolled and frozen. Slice as needed and bake. Get a glass of milk
And ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
