7 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
9 in. unbaked pie shell

Whipped cream, banana slices, mint for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans and coconut. Stir until well combined.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325º for 38 min. or until glossy and set. Remove from oven; cool completely on a rack. Once pie is cool, top with whipped cream, banana slices, and a sprig of mint, if desired.
