1 Package Yellow Butter Cake Mix (2 layer)
6 to 7 oz. coconut
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
1 large Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake according to box instructions and bake in 2-8 inch round pans. Cool to room temperature. Mix together sour cream, coconut, sugar and Cool Whip. Slice cake to make 4 layers. Spread mixture between each layer and all over outside. Sprinkle with additional coconut. Place in refrigerator in airtight container for 3 days before serving.
