1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 T. butter
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt and milk in double boiler. Cook until begins to thicken. Beat egg; stir half of the mixture into the egg and return to pan. Cook until thickens. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
