1# ea. ground Beef, Pork & Veal 2 tsp paprika
1 cup Uncle Ben's Rice 1/8 tsp hot paprika
2 head Savoy Cabbage 28 oz Saurkraut
1 large Onion chopped 28 oz Tomato Juice
1 1/2 tsp Salt 2 cups water
1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped 1 Ham Hock/ sliced 1"
3 pcs bacon chopped/ use 2 tbs fat

Directions:
Directions:
1. Filling: saute onion w/bacon and cool, combine w/meat and rice & seasoning.
2. Core both cabbages/ in large 6 qt pot boil water and immeres cabbages till leaves are plyable to roll w/ meat rice filling.
3. Drain cabbage, and cut vain from large leaf, small leafs will be juilene and placed in bottom of large pot.
4. 2 tbsp meat in each leaf and roll, 1/2 way tuck in sides, be careiful not to tare leafes,
5. Assemble pot, julenne cabbage on bottom of pot, 1/3 jar of saurerkraut then place 4 - 6 pcs of pork hock on bottom, add rolls and each layer spread sauerkraut, add tomato juice/water if needed,
6. Simmer about 1 1/2 hr....then test
