Pork chops
salt
pepper
little garlic powder
little onion powder
flour
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Season chops to taste and roll in flour.

Fry in oil to brown on both sides, lower heat, cover with lid and cook to finish. Remove lid and fry a little longer to crisp up a bit.

This is one of my favorite meals along with fried potatoes with onions, milk gravy and baked beans. Too much fried, too many carbs, so we don't have this but a very few times a year. My mouth is watering just typing this! My mother, Peg Elliott, made this quite often.
