1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion
2 pkg. frozen spinach (may also use chopped broccoli)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
salt, pepper, garlic powder
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion after seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder; drain well. Cook and drain spinach (or broccoli). Combine beef, vegetable, soup and sour cream. Pour into greased 9X13 baking pan. Top with grated or sliced cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
