1 c pineapples, crushed or sliced- drained
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c oleo
3 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c cold water
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/8 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo and brown sugar. When dissolved add pineapple and let come to boil. Spread in a 9 inch square pan. Beat eggs 3 minutes. Add sugar, cold water and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Pour over pineapple mixture. Bake 350 º for 1 hour. Turn upside down and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
