1/4 c. Confectionary sugar
3/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Pumpkin
1. 8 oz package cream cheese
1 c. Confectionary sugar
6 tbl butter softened
1 tsp vanills

Preheat oven to 375
Grease 15 x 10 pan, line with wax paper. Grease and flour paper. Sprinkle a thin, Cotten kitchen towel with confectionary sugar. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, salt, beat in eggs and sugar. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in flour, spread evenly in pan. Bake 13-15 minutes. Immediately loosen and turn cake onto towel. Peel off paper. Roll up cake and towel, cool. Mix filling, u roll cake, spread filling, re roll cake, wrap in plastic, refrigerate.
