Garlic cloves - 5
Salad or vege oil - 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Water - 3/4 cup just enough to blend
Lemon juice - 1/2 cup

Boil the potatoes till super soft and peel them.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend them till smooth.
