Butter - 1 1/2 sticks
Suji Coarse - 2 cups
Eggs - 5 to 6
Milk - 5 cups
Sugar - 4 cups
Food color - orange or red

To Half the recipe
Butter - 1 stick
Suji - 1 cup
Eggs - 4
Milk - 3 cups
Sugar - 2 cups

Directions:

Melt the butter in a pot and sautee the suji till browned a bit about 10 minutes.
Mean while in a blender combine Eggs, milk and sugar.
Pour the mixture into the suji and cook till it boils, once the water starts to dry up and its boiling switch off before it dries too much.
