4 c. flour
1/3-1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. white vinegar, can use cider
1 large egg
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with fork the flour, sugar and salt. Add shortening and mix. Mix vinegar, egg and water; add to flour mixture and mix well.

Chill 1 hr. and roll out between wax paper. Will need to use flour when rolling out or it will fall apart. I like the way it handles once I figured out about the flour.

Makes about 5 crusts depending on size.
