1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl, slightly beat eggs, add sugar, corn syrup, milk and vanilla. Blend well. Add pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º until filling is puffed in center and is well browned. Let cool before cutting.
