1 4 lb. chicken, cut into 8 pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3-4 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a roasting pan with cooking oil spray.
2. In a small bowl combine all the seasonings.
2. Arrange the chicken pieces in the roasting pan then evenly cover each piece with the seasonings and place bay leaves, one in each quarter of the pan.
3. Secure aluminum foil over the pan and bake for 75 minutes.
4. Remove the chicken from the oven and baste with the drippings. Continue baking uncovered until well browned, another 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the meat is falling off the bones.
