Jello Jigglers Recipe

4 sm. or 2 lg. boxes of jello, any flavor
2-1/2 c. boiling water (Do not add any cold water)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling water into jello. Dissolve completely.

Pour mixture in a 13X9 pan.

Chill at least 3 hours.

To cut jigglers dip bottom of pan into warm water for 15 seconds to loosen gelatin.
Cut into small squares with knife or use cookie cutters all the way through the gelatin. Lift from pan with a spatula.

For easier removal, you can spray pan lightly with cooking spray.

One time when we lived at Ellery, I threw leftover jigglers in the fence row. They were still there in the spring. My brother, Mike Elliott, always asked if I wanted him to go pick some jello for our meal.
