Basic Bisquick Muffins Recipe

2 T. sugar
1 egg or 2 egg whites
3/4 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick

Directions:
Blend together all ingredients. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill 12 well-greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.

Notes: 1) I will sometimes throw a cup of blueberries in the mix. It may yield more then. 2) I always spray with PAM. PAM for Baking (or something like it) is great!
