1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
8 cloves garlic

Combine the parsley, mint, oregano, canola oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth.

This is a fabulous marinade for flank steak and pork. I use this on flank steak as a marinade (see recipe under beef) and there is nothing better. Use the Red Chimichurri sauce for dipping sauce
