1 lb. chicken, cubed
1 large onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cans northern white beans
15oz. chicken broth
4oz. can chopped green chiles
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dry oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream

In a large saucepan, sauté the chicken, onion, and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add the beans, broth, chiles and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and cream.
