1 lb ground Italian sausage (or regular pork, or turkey sausage)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded
1 green onion, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Place sausage in a skillet over med and cook until evenly browned. Drain grease. In bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion and cooked sausage. Spoon about 1 tbsp into each jalapeno half. Arrange stuffed halves in baking dish. Bake 20 min in preheated oven.
