1 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 finely chopped toasted pecans
1/2 c butter, melted
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioners sugar
1 c whipping cream (or large cool whip)
1 (4-oz) pkd instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 c milk
1 (4-oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c milk

Preheat oven to 325F. In a small bowl, mix together flour and sugar. Add nuts. Stir in melted butter until all ingredients are combined. Press mix into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 min. Cool. Beat together cream cheese and conf sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Whisk together choc pudding mix and 1 1/2 c milk until smooth. Pour over cream cheese layer. Whisk together vanilla pudding mix and 1 1/2 c milk. Pour over chocolate layer. top with cool whip or whipped cream. Chill overnight.
