4 OR MORE PORK CHOPS (YOU CAN ALSO USE SAUSAGE, CHICKEN OR
HAM)

1 OR MORE BOXES OF INSTANT SCALLOPED POTATOES (ANY TYPE OF
CHEESE COMBINATION IS GOOD).

Directions:
Directions:
FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BACK OF THE BOX FOR THE POTATOES (THAT WILL BE THE SIDE WITHOUT THE PICTURE) BUT ONLY COOK THEM FOR I5 MINUTES.
REMOVE THE POTATOES FROM THE OVEN AND PUT THE PORK CHOPS, OR WHAT EVER YOU DECIDE TO USE, ON TOP OF THE POTATOES.
SPRINKLE SOME SALT AND PEPPER ON THE MEAT.
RETURN TO OVEN UNTIL THE MEAT IS BROWN, YOU MIGHT WANT TO
BROIL THEM FOR THE LAST FEW MINUTES TO BROWN THE MEAT A BIT QUICKER SO IT DOESN'T DRY OUT.
