1.5 LBS LEAN GROUND BEEF
8 OZ. SPICY OR SWEET SAUSAGE MEAT
1 SMALL ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 TABLESPOONS KETCHUP
1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
1 EGG SLIGHTLY BEATEN
2 LARGE ONIONS THINLY SLICED RINGS
BUNS, TOMATO, LETTUCE, PICKLES
Directions:
Directions:
Mix up everything but the onion rings in a bowl with your hands, after you wash them. Make into 6 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes or they will fall apart.
Saute the onion rings until they're light brown.Cook em til they're done

Smear some barbecue sauce on them (Danny's sauce would be good).
