1 LB CRAW FISH OR SHRIMP, CLEANED (I LIKE TO USE MORE!!)
4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER (I LIKE TO USE MORE!!)
1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONION
8 OZ. PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
2 CANS CREAM OF POTATO SOUP
2 CANS WHITE SHOEPEG CORN
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
16 OZ. HALF-AND-HALF
SOME HOT STUFF LIKE TONY'S OR HOT SAUCE TO TASTE (I LIKE TO USE MORE!!)

Directions:
1. In a large pot, over medium heat, saute onions in butter and a little garlic.
2. Soften cream cheese in microwave, and add to onions.
3. Lower heat to medium LOW and add soups and com, stir well and often, all this butter and cream cheese will scorch if you don't watch it!!
4. Add crawfish or shrimp and Half-and-Half
5. Season to taste with the hot stuff
6. Cook for about 20 minutes. You can use a crock pot if you're going to haul it over to somebody's house for the round ball finals.
