6 quarts beef broth
1 large onion, chopped
2 pounds hamburger prepared with recipe for Superior Meatloaf
1 pound elbow macaroni
velveeta or cheddar cheese
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make at least 6 quarts beef broth, add 1 large onion, chopped. Bring to a boil and cook onions. Prepare 2 pounds hamburger and make small meatballs, either brown in skillet or bake in oven with cookie sheet with sides. When brown drop carefully in boiling broth and add 1 pound elbow macaroni. While macaroni is cooking, add velveeta or cheddar cheese to taste. After cheese melts, you can add a can of evaporated milk.
