1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg
1 tbsp water
1/2 c shredded Muenster or Monterrey Jack cheese
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 10-oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

Thaw pastry sheet at room temp 40 min. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix egg and water. Set aside. Mix cheeses, onion and garlic powder. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Brush with egg mixture. Top with cheese mixture and spinach. Starting at short side, roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 20 (1/2-in) slices. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture. Bake 15 min or until golden. Serve warm or room temp.
