3lbs. eye of round roast
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup of wine
Seasoning: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic salt or garlic, parsley,,.

Directions:
Directions:
Place broth, butter, wine, and roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle seasoning over meat. Cook for 10-12 hours on low. Take out when done and place in foil to rest. (refrigerate) Place broth in container using a strainer and place in fridge. After a few hours remove roast from foil and slice. Put back in slow cooker with broth and let simmer til warm. Serve with mozzarella cheese and sautéed green peppers. Cook peppers in pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar. This also makes great sandwiches using garlic Italian bread..
