1 Whole Chicken
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 5oz. can Evaporated Milk
1/2 an onion (small one)
1/2 pkg. of frozen Peas & Carrots
Multiple cans of biscuits (I know..lot of help this is!) I buy more than
enough to be safe. Around 12 cans of the small off brand ones)
(that's 3 packs).
1/2 c. Whole Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done, remove from water, remove skin & de-bone.
Separate chicken into small pieces & set aside.
Drain off any grease from left over chicken broth.
Add bouillon cubes & stir over medium heat.
Return chicken pieces back into broth.
Pour in whole milk, salt & pepper to taste.
Add 1/2 bag frozen peas & carrots.
Add diced onion.
Pour in both cans of soup & stir well.
Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add biscuit dumplings, each one separated into 4 pieces.
Boil until dumplings are done. (about 10-15 minutes)
Add evaporated milk & stir gently.
Cook on medium heat for 10 more minutes.
Enjoy!
