shredded lettuce, layer
1 box frozen peas, thawed
carrots, layered
celery, layered
1/3 cup purple onion
*optional cauliflower, broccoli or green pepper

2 cups or 1 pint Hellman's mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
dash of hot sauce or lemon juice
Mix this together and:

Spread on top of all vegetables like you are icing a cake, make sure you seal all the edges with this cream. Sprinkle sugar over this and then garnish with Parmesan cheese. You can garnish with tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, bacon bits or shredded cheese. Make sure all lettuce and vegetables are dry or else water will lay on bottom of pan.
