2 large cans chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
5-6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 frozen bag cheese tortellini
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained or fresh spinach
1 egg
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
may add fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and cook tortellini and drain. Sauté spinach, garlic and onion. Heat broth to boil. Beat egg and mix with the Parmesan cheese. Roll into small balls. Drop in boiling broth. Add spinach mixture and tortellini to broth. Tastes better the next day.
