8 ounce extra sharp cheese
1 Tablsp. corn starch
Toss to combine, in saucepan
Add:
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tsps. Red Hot sauce

Directions:
Cook over low heat with whisk until completely melted and bubbly, and thickened (5 minutes). Thin to desired with additional milk. Serve immediately.
