1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsps. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 cups sliced apples
1 cup nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs (one at a time) and vanilla. Mix together flour, soda, salt, cloves, and cinnamon. Put apples and nuts in a large bowl. Sift dry ingredients over them until completely covered, then pour liquid over them. Mix with your hand. Place in 9" x 13" greased pan and bake 50-60 minutes at 325*
