3 Tablsp. Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans water
32 ounce chicken broth
cheese or chicken tortellini frozen (family size)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic, celery, carrots and onion in olive oil until tender. Add frozen spinach, break up block and heat up with sautéed vegetables. Add cream soup and water. Add broth and tortellini...heat and serve.
