3/4 c. Cocoa
1c. Vegetable oil
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. Sugar
1 c. Hot water
1 c. Milk plus 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer batter to a greased 9 x 13" pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
