1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
8 marshmallows
1 egg white
1 drop peppermint oil
green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar and water 5 minutes. Add marshmallow, cut in small pieces. Beat egg white stiff; fold into marshmallow mixture. Stir in peppermint and food coloring. Chill. Serve over ice cream, cake, pudding, etc.
