1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. orange juice (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg white, whipped stiff
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped stiff
1/4 t. orange extract
orange rind, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, egg yolk, orange juice and sugar together. Cook over hot water until thickened. When cool fold in egg white, whipped cream, orange extract and orange peel. Serve over cake
