1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
1 can (6 oz. ) pitted black olives, chopped + sliced black olives for garnish (if desired)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, chopped + sliced green onion for garnish (if desired)
1 T. chili powder

Tortilla chips
1 small tomato, chopped for garnish (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the next 7 ingredients; heat through,

Top with sliced black olives, sliced green onion, and chopped tomatoes if desired.
