1 pound ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
Mushrooms, 8 ounces chopped
1 small can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce, 680 mls
1 can chopped tomatoes, 800 mls
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package fresh lasagna noodles (need 9)
Mozzarella cheese (about 300 grams)

Directions:
Sauté onions, garlic and green pepper with the beef. Drain. Add mushrooms, tomato sauce, paste and diced tomatoes. Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for two hours.

In a 13 x 9 inch pan alternate sauce with fresh lasagna noodles and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
