2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and add sugar, dry mustard and salt. Add part of the can of evaporated milk to make a smooth mixture. Heat rest of milk in double boiler (do not boil). When hot, add egg mixture and stir until thickened. Take from heat and add vinegar slowly. Return to heat until thick and creamy. Serve hot with ham.
