2 squares (1 oz. each) chocolate
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 T. butter
pinch of salt
2 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cut chocolate into pieces, place in saucepan with water and cook over direct heat stirring until smooth. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt, stir until dissolved. Boil for about 3 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Serve immediately.

1/2 c. cocoa may be used in place of chocolate
