3 sweet potatoes
12 Brussels sprouts
4 small white turnips
3 parsnips
3 carrots
1 teaspoon Herb and Garlic seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and chop vegetables into uniform size. Put vegetables into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add herb and garlic seasoning. Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 15 minutes until done. Sweet potatoes may be added later in the cooking process so they don't become mushy.
