1 T. butter
3 T. conf. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/4 c. orange juice
grated rind of 1/4 orange
1 t. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add conf. sugar gradually; set aside. Combine flour, sugar and egg yolk. Stir in orange juice. Cook over hot water until thickened. Add first mixture, orange rind and lemon juice. Blend well.

Fills 2 (8") layers
