3 Whole Eggs
1 15oz can solid pumpkin
1 12 oz. can Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 C. White Sugar
1 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Salt

*Yellow Cake Mix
1 C. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cake mix together in a large bowl.
Spray 9x13x2 pan with Pam or other cooking spray.
Put mixture in greased pan.Spread DRY yellow cake mix over the top of mixture. Dribble the melted butter over the top of cake mix.

Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes. Serve with cool whip.

This recipe was given to me by my Aunt Sue Todd. It is so yummy that we have had this instead of pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving!
