Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages of drumsticks or thighs with or without skin
1 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 1/2 cup brown Sugar
1-1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic
1 - 11/2 Tbsp. Ginger (I use fresh)
half stock green onions (sliced)
1/4 -1/2 cup italian dressing
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken in a big pot. If the chicken is frozen don't worry about the marinade covering all of the chicken. Add no more than 1/4 cup water, if you need to cover thawed chicken add more soy sauce and brown sugar (equal parts).

Marinate in pot overnight or for at least 8 hours for best results. When ready to cook, stick the pot with the chicken and marinade on the stove and boil on medium high for 10 minutes. Turn heat down and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Serve over rice
