Crumb Topped Rhubarb Recipe

4 c. rhubarb, diced
2 T. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. strawberries, diced (optional)
1 t. cinnamon
dash of salt

Topping:
9 T. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oats
1/2 c. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a greased 11x7 baking pan and set aside. Mix topping and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

Topping:
In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and oats. Cut in butter until crumbly.
