6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/8 t. salt
cooking spray
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Pour in milk, sugar, vanilla and salt; beat until well mixed. Coat insides of 8 (5 oz.) custard cups with cooking spray. Divide custard mixture into cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard cups in shallow baking pan; pour in hot water to 1" level. Bake at 350* about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate until cold. To unmold, run tip of sharp knife around edge; invert onto serving plate.
